Following the first Netherlands Research Integrity Network Research Conference in 2016, NRIN now organizes its second one-day Research Conference in Utrecht on April 20th, 2018. The conference aims to display scientific research on Research Integrity, Research Ethics, and Meta-research in the Netherlands and Flanders, and to encourage and facilitate exchange, mutual learning, and collaboration between the researchers in this field.

HEIRRI will be presented at this Conference by the hand of Jeroen P. van der Sluijs, Professor at the Centre for the Study of the Science and the Humanities (University of Bergen) and at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development (Utrecht University, The Netherlands) and member of the HEIRRI consortium.

The program consists of plenary talks, with a keynote lecture by Prof. Fr. Jelte Wicherts on ‘Fixing the replicability crisis in science’, discussion sessions on the Future of scholarly communication by Dr. Gerben ter Riet and Dr. Mario Malicki, and Redefinition of QRP by Dr. Stephanie Meirmans, and two rounds of 3 parallel sessions each.
